Our secluded 3BR, 3BA Carlsbad Beach Bungalow feels just like home! We are Eco-friendly (The Electric is completely Solar Powered, Water Harvesting for the lush Gardens/fruit trees, increased insulated walls/attic, instant/unlimited hot water from a specialty water heater, water filtration system throughout the home that gives great-tasting soft water). We are located just a short 20 minute walk to the beach. The walk will take you along a scenic seaside pedestrian/bike path that runs along the house and takes you to the center Carlsbad Village and the Beach. In the secluded garden, unwind and entertain with lush flowers/fruit trees (Grapefruit, Avocado, Orange, Lime) which attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Relax next to the fire pit and enjoy the calming sounds of a water feature, outdoor dining (serves 6 comfortably and pulls out to serve up to 4 more) under a California chandelier while reclining on our swing benches (one even folds out to a bed) and adirondack chairs. We have created a perfect mix for those who like to soak up the sun or recline in a breezy shaded area and still be sitting right next to each other. All leases require a 30 day minimum term.
Relax in style in the master bedroom, where a regal 4-post queen-size bed, large flat-screen HDTV and spacious closet await. Your guests will love the sunny second bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and ample closet space. A third sleeping space features a comfy twin-size bed and access to the outdoor area. With three full bathrooms - plus an outdoor shower - you don't have to wait in line for your post-beach clean-up! The first two bathrooms both include luxurious walk-in showers, and the third features a step-in tub/shower combo. Ready to relax? Head to a living room with beautiful hardwood floors. Here, your group can stretch out on the large L-shaped couch and enjoy the flat-screen HDTV. Play some tunes on the Baldwin piano in the living room after a day at the beach! We have included dozens of the vintage board games you grew up with. From Battleship to Monopoly to puzzles to a basket full of Legos, even Hula-hoops, it's all here! Prepare dinner together in the kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, gas-powered stove/oven and ample counter space. A window looking out on the living room makes conversation easy. We offer compete kitchen appliances/utensils right down to an ice-cream, espresso and a movie-style popcorn maker! We promise to help provide you an experience you will always fondly remember. Bring your bike or sneakers and hit the traffic-free, seaside trail that leads from the end of our street to the beach and the center of Carlsbad Village. From there, stroll the shore or check out the delicious eats (and drink spots) on offer along Carlsbad Village Drive!
