The GLASS HOUSE was designed by an associate of Frank Lloyd Wright (FLW) and was built in 1960. It is a UNIQUE example of his classic architecture and use of 'core' living space. The large picture windows across the front and rear allow an unobstructed view of the lake and the bay.
The mahogany wood walls and interior finish is an exceptional example of FLW's style and simplicity. It is classic FLW Style with Cedar Ceilings and large glass picture windows in the front and in the rear of the living area. The front deck provides a panoramic view of the lake with a relaxing area to enjoy the moment.
Recent improvements include: Flat Screen TV with sound system, DVR-TV, DVD, VCR, NetFlix and BLU-RAY Player. A small kitchen and refrigerator were added to the utility room for entertaining on the brick patio. 3 Picnic tables and patio furniture allow the full use of the outside rear yard and ample areas for children and games. There are also 2 picnic tables at the Bay beach.
Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor along with an OPEN living area, kitchen, dining area and two decks. The Lower Level has two bedrooms and a sitting/office area with a second TV for more versatility in entertainment. Internet is also provided without charge through WiFi in the house.
A guest cleaning fee is charged for every party who visits and stays at the "Glass Housee". The charge is based upon the number of guests (adults, children, teenagers, and babies) in the Glass House.

The boccie ball set is available for adults, as well as, croquet. Twelve (12) outdoor chairs, 3 picnic tables, and Three umbrellas are available for outside fun. Beach toys are stored in the shed, so Please keep your children out of the storage shed.
The view of the water and beach will allow your family to enjoy a unique experience on Lake Erie and don't forget the islands. You will be limited only by your time and your creativity in enjoying the area.
