In the very desirable Fern Valley area, the home is bright, sunny and open, and the perfect mountain getaway for a group of friends, one or two couples, or couples with children. Built in 2002, the home has all the modern conveniences (forced air heating, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove and oven) and every comfort you'd want in that getaway weekend. The two bedrooms have queen beds and their own bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a very comfy queen bed. There is a washer/dryer as well. The bedrooms and living room are carpeted for a cozy warmth, and the kitchen, dining area and hallways are tiled. The huge deck has a built-in eating area and is the perfect place to sit out and watch the wildlife and incredible sunsets.
