Home is beautifully decorated with the latest appliances and televisions. Large great room with new kitchen including all the amenities. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, den(with pull out couch). A unique indoor atrium greets you upon entering the home. A single car garage makes unloading packages convenient. The large screened lanai has plenty of seating with a beautiful golf course view. Close to golf club with resort style pool and bar. Disney, Universal and other attractions are are only minutes away. Quiet neighbourhood with family friendly surroundings. Club includes pool, golf, tennis and restaurants which are only a two minute walk away. Lots of shopping options are also only minutes away.

This is a cozy property very well equipped and in excellent condition. the neighborhood is located around a golf club and is very quiet. There are no sidewalks in the neighborhood but since the golf club is temporarily closed, there is a lot of space to walk around. We enjoyed very much our stay. We think that the check out time of 9 a.m. it's an inconvenience and we would suggest to change it to 11 am.

The villa was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Carrie was there upon check-in and gave us a personalized tour of the home and showed us where everything was. Carrie and Dave were great hosts and great to work with. We look forward to renting this home again the next time we return to Florida. Joe and Donna

We are "repeat visitors" to this villa. It is the perfect location for us to visit w family & close to town. David & Carrie are great to work with! The house is so well stocked there is no need to worry about having enough pots pans dishes etc if you want to cook. The beds are super comfortable as well! We will stay here again!!
