The second floor of this home away from home boasts the main level with a wonderfully equipped, modern kitchen, a dining area with seating for 8, an eat-in breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, custom cabinetry and travertine counter tops. The living area has a beautiful cathedral ceiling and is comfortably furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, 2 over-sized chairs, a 32 inch flat screen and DVD player. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with twin bunk beds, a half bath and a furnished balcony overlooking the lusciously landscaped back yard and sunken hot tub.

The third floor is home to 3 brightly decorated bedrooms all with comfortable and modern Sleep Number beds. You'll sleep so well, you'll forget where you are! The King Master has an attached full bath with Jacuzzi tub, 2 large closets, a sitting area with an over-sized chair and a 26 inch flat screen. There are also 2 Queen bedrooms with floor to ceiling windows so you may enjoy the awesome views of the beautiful back yard.

The lower level is where all the fun happens! With a completely screened in living room area with seating for 9, custom built bar with seating for 3, dining area with seating for 4, television, mini-fridge and sink, you and your family will have no choice but to have tons of fun while playing cards or games, watching your favorite sports team or simply relax by enjoying the peace and tranquility of being away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! If that's not enough fun and relaxation for you, simply step outside into the lush green-scape that is the back yard and onto the deck to enjoy the built in hot tub with room for 6! While you are enjoying the hot tub, fire up the gas grill and have dinner ready to go when you are done relaxing! There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water for after those long, lazy days at the beach.
