The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a Queen bed, third bedroom has two twin bunks, the fourth bedroom has two full beds which round out the sleeping to 12.

This Tybee Beach Rental is well maintained and kept in great condition. It is a fabulous Tybee vacation rental home for friends and family.

Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ice maker, granite counter tops, large center island, breakfast bar that opens to the family room with LCD television, DVD, CD Player with distributed sound throughout the house and 2 porches, and televisions in all the bedrooms. Wireless internet included.

Spacious dining room with seating for up to 14 persons. Game table in the library. Both open to the main porch with an outstanding water views of the Cockspur Light House, Ft Pulaski, Lazzaretto Creek, and the North Channel of the Savannah River. Ships grace the horizon in both day and night as well. Also, the porch overlooks a salt water marsh and North Beach dunes.

This house has a 2 car garage. The Living area and Dining Room on the third floor maximizes the beautiful views, all easily accessible with the elevator for all ages. No lugging groceries or luggage up stairs!

Outdoor hot and cold shower and dressing area make the return from the beach a pleasant experience.
This home is a short walk or bike ride from the best of Tybee Island, including restaurants, shopping, and beaches, yet away from the crowds of the main public beach.
