Our ocean view villa is the ideal vacation home for families, groups, and golfers! Located right on Ocean Drive and just across the street from the ocean, you have a partial ocean view from both balconies of our 2 story villa. Take a peek at the ocean or watch strolling passersby or slip down to the beach and have your toes in the sand in seconds. There is a pool downstairs as well as a large oceanfront pool deck with hot tub and outdoor shower for your use. Take the family fishing, or relax by the pool for some much needed sun and swimming. The Cherry Grove Pier is just steps away.
CLOSE TO TONS OF SHOPPING, DINING AND ATTRACTIONS - dozens of options nearby for restaurants/bars (casual to fine dining), shopping, and entertainment options (from live concerts to mini golf) within just a few minutes drive. This condo is also close to outdoor activities such as para-sailing, surfing, and jet skiing. Cute boutique shops and favorite local restaurants are just a few blocks away. VILLA AMENITIES & OVERVIEW
With over 2200 heated square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone in the villa, and it has an open, inviting living area perfect for relaxing and mingling. There is a full dining table, as well as a 4-top dinette in the open kitchen/dining/living space. The living room has a large sectional sofa as well as additional seating and the ever-important large flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, dishes, and cookware and features stainless steel appliances.
BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs for a total of 1 king (upstairs master) and 5 queen beds. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the large hall bath. Upstairs, there are 2 master bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with private baths and shared ocean view balcony - and 2 standard bedrooms, each with a queen bed, that share the upstairs hall bath. The utility room (full size washer & dryer, iron & board) is also upstairs.

Our family really enjoyed the room and how close we were to the beach.

Very nice. Liked being across road to pier.

Clean and nice but we found several things wrong. The towel rack fell off and cut the top of my foot, the threshold into one beedroon was an old piece of wood with exposed screws. Shower surround in another bathroom was cracked. Over all it was nice place to stay but it needs attention to detail.
