Our Home:
Sea View Beach House has 8 bedrooms and 5 baths. The whole home is beautifully furnished, has a great coastal vibe, and comes with all the bells and whistles. Our bed arrangements (see below) can accommodate any group type and the home sleeps up to 21 people! Golfers, families, and groups alike come to our home year after year for its great location and open design!
Amenities:
Amenities in our home are second to none. It has two stories, and both floors are incredibly spacious and each feature an absolutely huge hardwood floor living room with a large flat screen TV that flows into the dining area and kitchen. There are two fully appointed kitchens in the home, each fully appointed and with upgraded stainless steel appliances. The home has an open layout perfect for mingling and enjoying the company of friends and family. The bedrooms are big as well and all have flat screen TVs, so everyone can spread out and watch their favorite show after a day of sun and fun by the pool and beach. Surf the web and check in at home courtesy of our wifi internet, or watch a movie on our DVD player. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from our upstairs sun deck, or cool off and watch passersby in the shade of our downstairs deck – our home truly has something for everyone. There is a washer and dryer on each floor as well, and plenty of parking (8 spaces). There are also two separate entrances to the downstairs and upstairs, and you can easily go between either via the stairs from the lower deck/patio to the upstairs deck (with ocean view), or you can also enter either floor via the back doors at the pool deck.
Pool and Grill Area:
Our beautiful home has a great coastal feel and its crowning jewel is the outdoor swimming pool and picnic area. Enjoy your own private pool party every day in our crystal clear swimming pool, or catch some sun in one of our lounge chairs. There is a grill and picnic area just a few feet away – perfect for a relaxing lunch or sunset dinner poolside.
Location:
Just one short block to the beach, you can have your toes in the sand in a matter of seconds. Nestled on a quiet street one block from Ocean Drive and the breathtaking Atlantic, our beach house offers plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet while still being in the heart of North Myrtle Beach and all of its attractions. Enjoy the ocean view from our upstairs sun deck, or have a cold drink in the shade of our downstairs deck. Water activities such as banana boat rides and jet ski rentals are only a few blocks away, and there is even an oceanfront tiki hut down the street for those looking for ice cold libations and live music (summertime). Attractions such as Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, Alligator Adventure, Alabama Theater Myrtle Beach Mall, first class golf, and many others are all just 5 minutes or less away.
Hundreds of restaurants, ranging from casual cuisine to five star fine dining, surround you in all directions and are equally as close. Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row are popular locations with multiple options, and restaurants line road along the way. From the freshest seafood to the juiciest steaks and mouth-watering burgers and pizzas, there is a huge variety of dining options and cuisines available to you – Italian, Greek, Australian (Greg Norman’s Australian Grille is a local’s favorite), Mexican, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, wifi – you name it, it’s close to our beach home! Our house is also nearby to the best shopping in town! Barefoot Landing, which features hundreds of shops set outside on a beautiful lake, it just a few blocks away, while Tanger Outlets, Marshall’s, and Myrtle Beach Mall are just down the street!
Bed Arrangements:
The home has multiple bedrooms with king swing beds. This means that bedrooms with this bed type can either be set up as one king bed or two twin beds, depending on your group needs. You can have any combination you choose. With this in mind, here are our bed setups:
7 of the 8 bedrooms have king swing beds (4 are downstairs, 3 are upstairs). The 8th bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed as well as one bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room, allowing the house to sleep 21 people, 19 in beds.

We brought 19 people ages 18-25 to this house. It was perfect. Everyone had a bed. We weren’t sure how stocked the kitchens would be with utensils and cookware but we were pleasantly surprised with how much they had! We were also visited by 2 maintenance men during the week who were very friendly. Great location and great price. Would rent again!

I had high expectations for this house based on the reviews and the price. Unfortunately, I ended up disappointed. Pros: The location was great (easy walk to the beach, lots of restaurants close by) and we had plenty of room for the 10 people in our group. Cons: We walked in to find a shoe in the middle of the floor leading us to believe the house had not been thoroughly cleaned. Many of the sheets were not the correct sizes for the beds (provided 1 set of queen sheets for the king swing beds). Some of the comforters were torn and dirty. Many of the lamps didn't have light bulbs. We had to purchase an air freshener for the upstairs kitchen as it smelled as if food had been left and went bad. Many of these things would not have been a big of an issue if it weren't for the high price. Renter beware...

There was plenty of room to accommodate our large family. It was pet friendly when we stayed and it was great to have a large fenced in area where Luci could be outside with everyone and still be safe! The additional fridge in the laundry room upstairs was a pleasant surprise. Our only complaint was that the bunk bed room got hot in the afternoon/evening, but we utilized the fan in the closet and it helped greatly. Thanks for a great rental and week at the beach!

We were only able to stay one night, but would love to come back and stay longer. An older home that does show its age a bit, but clean, well appointed, tons of space, great patio and pool area, easy access to the beach and dining/activities. Great for groups like ours, with two families that included teens and young adults. Nice to be able to essentially have two "apartments" in the upstairs and downstairs.
