The villa was beautiful after we were finally able to get in. Our problems were not with the property but was instead with the information received to get in. First we were told we would get information one week prior to arrival. When this didn't happen I contacted VRBO and was told we would get information three days before arrival. This also didn't happen so I contacted them again and finally received information one day before we were to leave. It then turned out to have incorrect information. The gate key code and the building key code were wrong and the villa key was not where they said it would be. When we tried to get ahold of someone, all we got were answering machines and had to wait approx. four hours before any one got back to us. The owner then didn't know what the codes should be and had to get help from a cleaning group to relay to us. The information on what to do with garbage said it was to be put in a chute near the elevators but there was no chute. It turned out to be that it was to be put into compactors which we had to drive around and try to find. The instructions called for a parking pass to be put on the car and they would be in the villa but they were not available. When we contacted the owner about them he said why would we need them since we were in a gated community. Luck was on our side and we did not get towed. Over all our stay was good but was soured some by the problems above. I'm not sure we would go through this organization again because of these problems.

We enjoyed it all from the pool to the beautiful view from the balcony. Our utmost thanks.

Spent a couple of days with the family in an impromptu getaway. This is a great place in a great location. It is close to a number of amenities associated with the Myrtle Beach area. Owner is very responsive and the condition of the place is impeccable.
