This place was awesome! It was across the street from the beach, and a 5-10 minute drive from all the night life. Uber drivers are all around ready to pick people up. It's a perfect location for any type of trip. We were in town to see a concert, and this place was right down the road form the House of Blues, and it's easy to find. The villa was comfy, plenty of room for 6 of us to sleep. Working fridge, freezer, stove, microwave. The room was all set up and it was clean for us when we got there, and the owners were quite accommodating. They're quick to reply on anything you need help with. Their check in and check out was super easy. Although we didn't make it to the beach this trip, there were boogie boards in the closet along with other beach toys to promise a fun day trip to the beach. There's a nice pool out back, sitting areas right outside our room. There was a decent sized parking lot right out back and the location was easy to find. If we're in the area, we'll definitely check this place out before anything else!

Across the street from the beach and a couple of hundred yards from amusement park and restaurants! Plus it was very reasonably priced for mid-August. We asked for a last minute "late check out" and the woman at the rental company allowed us to stay late and called the cleaning person to make sure they didn't come until we were out of the unit.

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured! My kids loved the pool and just a short walk across to the beach or down to the pavilion! We enjoyed our stay!

Loved everything! If you aren't right on the beach, this is the next best thing. We woke up every morning and walked two minutes to the beach. We walked five minutes down the street for food and entertainment. I have no complaints about the property!
