This one-of-a-kind gorgeous unit has it all and is a showpiece in itself! OUR CONDO:

Our 9th floor Margate condo is unbelievably spacious and offers over 2200sf of living space. The great room and, dining, and kitchen area are perfectly set up for mingling with family and friends, and there are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms as well as the living room.. The balcony is equally as spacious and features chaise lounge patio furniture and the BEST VIEW IN TOWN! Directly oceanfront, watch the waves roll in with this spectacular 180 degree panoramic ocean view.

The kitchen comes fully stocked – even with cookbooks and has a gorgeous hand blown glass backsplash. The bar and dining table offer plenty of room to sit down and have a snack or a full family dinner. The living area features a large flat screen TV and DVD player as well as a huge leather sofa and chair overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom features an ocean view as well as private bath, and the third bedroom features a queen bed and shared bath (the ‘blue bath’ as we like to call it). Have kids or a large party? We have a full size air mattress for your use as well. With interior corridors to make even entry and exit from the condo enjoyable, and the little extras such as ceramic tile and 9’ ceilings are just some of the small things that put this unit and Margate ‘a step above the rest’.

BEDROOM SETUP

The master bedroom features a king size bed, large flat screen TV, and a private bathroom fit for a king. The master bath has a double vanity and huge garden tub for the ultimate wind-down! The second bedroom has two queen beds and a large picture window offering a wonderful view of the ocean. It has a large private bath, large walk in closet, and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV.

THE LOCATION:

SECOND TO NONE! Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and nightlife, Margate Tower is centrally located in the Myrtle Beach area to offer you quick access to innumerable attractions. All the necessities are a just a quick ride down the street – grocery stores, Wal Mart, gas stations and pharmacies. For dining, enjoy everything from Burger King and McAllister’s Deli, to local favorites such as Biminis and The Office, to fine dining at Thoroughbred’s and Rossi’s to a night of Calabash seafood – ALL AT YOUR FINGERTIPS. For shopping, stop by any of the boutiques, head over to the Myrtle Beach Mall, or venture to Tanger Outlet Center (all within 5 minutes from Margate!) for some serious bargain hunting. Barefoot Landing , located just 2-3 minutes further, offers hundreds of outdoor shops, restaurants, and amusements/activities on the beautifully set landscape of lakes, bridges, wooden decking to give it a charm all its own.
