Additional Guest Policy

House Rules/Rental Agreement

This is a quiet neighborhood, outside noise after 9pm should be minimal. Please immediately notify Owner/Property Manager of any items not working or damaged during your stay. Guests will be provided with City of Palm Springs required 'Good Neighbor' Brochure and must sign a City of PS 'Statement of Rules' which includes the city's ban on outdoor amplified music and sets occupancy limits.

House Rules:
1) Pets are NOT allowed on the property at any time

2) Minimum Renter Age over 28

3) This is a NON-SMOKING home

4) Maximum occupancy is 6 people

5) No Unauthorized Parties/Guests/On-site Events without prior written consent of the Owner

6) Pool and Hot Tub Rules:
• Underage children without adult supervision should not use pool / hot tub area at any time. Lock secure the area when not in use
• Use at your own risk. No Lifeguard on Duty. No Diving.
• During winter months pool heating is not provided, if desired pool heating $50/day. Hot Tub heat and fire pit fuel are always provided.
• Glass containers are not allowed by or in the pool / hot tub at any time.

7) Trash Collection and Removal
Pickup is on Friday morning, the service will bring the cans in and out.
All trash placed outside needs to be in trash cans provided.

8) Check Out Times:
Check-Out time is no later than 11:00 am on the day your scheduled departure. Check-In time is 4 pm.

9) Check-Out Procedure:
In an effort to keep the cleaning fee to a minimum, we require our guests to perform the following actions prior to check-out. We are not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost or stolen.
• Throw away all perishables from the refrigerator
• Please remove only the sheets from beds that were used and leave them on the bed.
• Place all used towels in the laundry room
• Turn Off: Pool Heater/Jacuzzi if required
• Close all pool area umbrellas
• Turn thermostat A/C/Heat to 87 for cooling setting and 60 for heating setting.
• Turn off all Lights and Appliances
• Lock All Doors and Windows
• Return two sets of house keys with garage remotes and the bike lock keys to the tray on the entry table.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date, 50% refund if canceled 90 days or less before arrival date.

Great place. Clean. Lots of pool toys. Management was very available if necessary but respected privacy otherwise.

Desert Oasis: Perfect Home for a Palm Springs Getaway

Marc and his property manager David were both incredibly friendly and hospitable. They set the tone for a great stay by making us comfortable and prepared before we even arrived. The home provides an amazing Palm Springs feel with all the modern necessities, wonderfully comfortable furniture, a lovely pool and jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ grill, etc. Marc's home is also quite spacious. We had 6 adults in the home and had more than enough space. I high recommend Marc's house for your next PS trip and I will absolutely be renting from Marc again in the future.
