The main level has been set up with entertainment in mind. Its open floor concept (combining the kitchen, dining room and living room), allows for more family/guest interaction. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook as much or as little as you desire. The dining room seats 8, but because of the floor-design, guests can easily converse with the guests seated at the kitchen table and island bar.

The living room has a TV with surround sound for movies or music.

The master suite is located on the main level with a California King bed and TV for winding down in the evening. The master bath has his and her sinks with a shower.

Located on the upper level are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, a bunk bed and a couch that has a queen size sofa sleeper. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a twin size bed with a trundle underneath.

In the basement you will find an extra refrigerator, icemaker, a foosball table and corn hole boards.

We have a private dock where you can dock your boat, fish or just watch the amazing sunsets.
