Cancellation policy is 30 days prior to arrival. If cancel outside the 30 days there is a 10% cancellation fee and a 90% deposit refunded by check within 7 business days. If cancel within the 30 days you will lose your deposit unless we can re-book. Then the deposit is refunded by check within 7 business days minus a 10% cancellation. Damage deposit will be refunded within 14 business days as long as there is not any damage done to the property.
