When I travel, I want all the amenities of home. I’m a suburban girl with urban tastes and my home provides executive style living with every touch of down home comfort, right down to the pens and post-its. This condo is not my primary residence, but it is certainly set up this way, no matter how long or short the stay. I travel often and when I arrive, I am home. I want you to feel like it’s your home away from home too.

This condo is 1176 square feet, large enough to cater to many different types of visitors. Families who want to visit the university just minutes away, business travelers who attend conferences and/or meetings in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. As a fellow musician, I welcome musicians and professionals, Titan fans or those who simply want a place with privacy to relax, while enjoying everything Music City and its surrounding areas provide.

You’ll enjoy having all the amenities you need without the price of expensive and limited hotels. This condo features a tiled foyer, tiled baths and kitchen, carpeted bedrooms, new paint and pergo floors in the living and dining rooms. Though it has central air conditioning, sometimes the feeling of a quiet ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm summer nights is just what you need. Decorated with personal touches, it feels like a home, yet with the crispness of style you’d expect from executive living.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and 12 cup coffee maker. Stoneware dishes, glasses, stemware and utensils are all provided for your use. Like to cook and bake? I’ve included great cookware and bakeware, along with a full set of storage containers to keep your creations fresh for meals on the go.

There is a formal dining room, outfitted perfectly to serve and enjoy your home cooked meals in style. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and love seat with a large, flat screen TV. Digital cable is also available in the living room. Enjoy secure WIFI, which is enabled throughout the unit.

Did I say, “when I travel I like comfort” ? Yes! this unit is complete with a comfortable, private master bedroom, which holds a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Just sink into the comfort that surrounds your body, sending you into heavenly sleep. This bedroom is tastefully decorated with “stylishly traditional”. It also has a convenient private vanity and a large walk in closet. The bedroom also has cable TV with a flat screen TV. I've also added a small desk for you to work on your laptop; WIFI is available throughout the unit.

The 2nd private bedroom has another comfy queen size bed and it too is decorated with carefully selected furniture and décor I hope my guests enjoy, a 42' TV with cable provided.

Fresh linens are provided for both bedrooms and fresh towels and toiletries are provided in the bathrooms, including a blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, Ibuprofen, nail polish remover, cotton balls and Q-tips are available for your use. Extra pillows are also available if needed. A full size washer and dryer is in the unit, available for your personal use.

Whatever your purpose, the condo is situated close enough to Nashville to get to the best entertainment in the country. You’ll be able to enjoy easy access to the I-65 and I-840 for some exceptional shopping in Murfreesboro or nearby Cool Springs Mall.
