The family chef will love the kitchen consisting of a double oven, a Viking cook top, black simulated granite tile counter tops and the same custom heart pine cabinetry and trim that is consistent throughout the entire home. Even while cooking up a feast, you can still enjoy the beautiful views through more large windows that add to the open concept. This entire open space has beautiful heart pine flooring.

On the west end of the home, you’ll find even more amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible including a laundry room large capacity Kenmore washer and dryer. Up the stairs and above the garage, you can spend countless hours of fun competing in the game room, which consist of a pool table, air hockey game, and a 48' Sony television. By the end of your stay you will certainly know who is a pool shark or air hockey champion and who is not. This room can also double as a large sleeping area and is equipped with a queen bed. Adjacent to the game room, there is a loft over-looking the master bedroom with a nautilus weight machine and an inversion table, for the fitness enthusiast.

The incredible master bedroom is a large, very open room with an extremely high ceiling (which allows for the open loft), a Jacuzzi bath tub, an over-sized steam shower with two shower heads, his and her sinks, and of course a private toilet area. There are also 3 generously sized, carpeted guest bedrooms and a large full bath. The 2nd bedroom also includes a large loft/play area that is perfect for the kids.

You will love your time spent in Gunnison, it truly is like living in a post card. Close by you have access to the recreation center, with indoor lap pool, leisure pool, and kids pools complete with 2 large water slides! In addition, there is also an indoor ice rink, outdoor ice rink and, depending on the season, a skating/fishing pond. There is so much to do in and around Gunnison from golf to downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and water skiing to hiking, rock climbing, 4-wheeling, hunting, fishing, mountain and road biking. Once you are here, you will never want to leave.
