Our condo is unit 131 of the Aransas Harbors Condominium complex, located in the heart of Port Aransas. This is a corner unit on the ground floor, no stairs to climb.

Self check-in allows you to arrive any time after the check-in time of 4 p.m. without worrying about picking up keys at the front office. As your arrival date approaches, we will send you an access code which opens a lock box containing the keys. The lock box is located right under the porch light by the front door.

When you stay in this spacious and clean condo, you will enjoy beautiful decor, comfortable beds, full size washer and dryer, new TVs with Blu-Ray DVD players and cable, a strong WiFi signal, modern kitchen appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, large bathrooms, walk-in closets and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, plenty of storage, resort style amenities, close proximity to the beach, the marina, and many shops and restaurants; all at reasonable rates.

The public beach is only 1 mile from our complex. A short drive will have you on the beach in 5 minutes. This is the safe section of the beach which allows parking, but has bollards in place to keep families protected from vehicular traffic. This section of the beach also has showers and public restrooms. You will need a parking pass of $12 which can be purchased at any Stripes store in town. This is the only area with lifeguards in place.

We are just 1/3 mile from the ferry and within walking distance to the restaurants and shops. You can enjoy dolphin sightings at nearby Roberts Point Park as well as pier fishing.

Our condo is a corner unit located on the ground floor and just steps from the pool, hot tub, cabana, tennis courts, and BBQ pits. The Club House is across the parking lot from our unit.

The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom, and the guest bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed and one twin bed. The guest bathroom is accessible from the hall.

We provide two twin sleeper sofas in the living room for additional guests as well. All linen and blankets are provided. We also provide an inflatable twin air mattress for an extra guest if needed.

Our fully stocked kitchen will make it easy to prepare a great meal. We provide a crock-pot, plenty of pots and pans, a hand mixer, a blender, a kettle, measuring spoons and cups, bake ware, a toaster oven, a bagel toaster, a 4 cup coffee maker, and a 12 cup coffee maker. We even provide a few spices for you to chose from.

Some of the amenities at your disposal are a Roman bath-style outdoor pool, hot tub, dry sauna, sports court, poolside cabana and multiple BBQ pits throughout the property.

Boat parking is available throughout the complex. Free WiFi is available and we also provide a few board games, books and DVDs for the use of our guests.

Due to allergies, pets are NOT allowed and smoking is prohibited.

** Guests must be 25 years of age, unless accompanied by parent, in order to rent this unit. Failure to comply with this rule could result in cancellation and/or eviction from the premises.
