The home also features a sleeping nook with a full size futon, an upstairs loft with a queen sized hide a bed, another queen sized hide-a-bed in the living room. The sleeping cabin offers a full size futon and a loft with seating pillows. The sleeping cabin has a single log wood burning stove and creates a nice quiet space for relaxing.

The main level bath features a jetted tub to recoup from those long days skiing at nearby Breckenridge.

The full sized kitchen is completely stocked with flatware, cookware, plates and bowls. Kitchen includes a full size gas range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. Also available is a blender and waffle maker. A stacked laundry unit is also available.

The exterior boasts a full wrap around deck with a view of the forest pines and of the valley below. There is a picnic table on the deck as well as a 3-Burner gas Grill.

For your entertainment there is a 43" 4K TV in the upper loft and a 55" 4K UHD TV in the media room on the lower level. Both have DIRECTV service and the media room has a Bluray/DVD player. We have several DVD titles to choose from. We also have plenty of games and puzzles for those snowy days. Free Wifi is also available.

This log home is on a county road is maintained year round. Drive way is also plowed regularly. That being said, due to the nature of the area, a 4-wheel drive is recommended if visiting in the winter months.

We maintain a No Smoking Home and a Pet-Free Home. So please note we are highly allergic to your furry friends, so no pets allowed. In the event a pet is brought to the property, your deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for your consideration.
