Two bedrooms one bath home along the Arkansas River. Quiet spot to enjoy the outdoors, walk, bike or fish! A 900sq ft bungalow with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own seperate living room with TV.

The Bedroom closest to the bathroom has a queen bed with a 4" memory foam mattress topper for a great nights sleep! In the adjoining living room there is a flat screen TV, plus room for all your electronics with Internet & 60mbps internet service.. There are 200 cable channels & your own DVR to enjoy your program later. Also, a DVD player for movies.

The second bedroom has a quality double size 8" thick futon.

It also has a seperately living room with a love seat & TV plus a desk, should you need to get some work done. The bedroom has its own air conditioner for a comfortable nights sleep!

Outside the patio with seating for 6 people plus a fire pit is available to enjoy a cookout under the stars. The street is dark at night & the stars put on quite a show! A charcoal grill is available as well. Pets are welcome with a $75 deposit. But the yard is not fully fenced and a leash would be needed.

I live with my cat in my lovely vintage camper in the very back of the yard behind the fence. It's restored & so cozy! I work in a nearby town, where my art studio is, I am practically invisible!

Ride the Royal Gorge Train as it snakes along the bottom of this beautiful canyon! There is so much to do and see in Canon City. It's a fun family destination over a million people visit every summer! The train runs very near the Arkansas Riverside Home & it may wake you in the morning! We have numerous walking trails besides the river walk where you can see many of our geological and dinosaur wonders!

Visit our local winery, fine French dining, Italian or Mexican restaurants. For adventure, bike single or double tracks or just meander the Riverwalk through town.

Our brew pub, downtown is very popular with restaurants and shopping all along the way! Walk or bike along the 8 mile Riverwalk directly in front of this home. The Riverwalk follows the river 8 miles through town, slowly carving the banks & offering folks an invigorating walk!

You can walk to the train station, just a few blocks away! Our largest park is just two blocks east along the Riverwalk & it has a playground for kids to enjoy year round.

Start the day in the sun room, to enjoy an early cup of joe with the deer. Off street parking is in the rear with room for two vehicles.
