Custom built 1600 sf, 3-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom home nestled on 1.5 acres at 10,000+ ft in Placer Valley with exceptional views of Mt Bross and Mt Lincoln, and just a 20-minute drive to Breckenridge (located just south of Hoosier Pass). Our cabin sleeps 6 to 8 with one king-sized bed, 2 queens, a futon, a very comfortable sectional sofa, and a pack n' play. Enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen and large pine dining table, comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove (radiant in-floor heating also included) and 40' LCD tv, vaulted pine ceiling, large deck, gas grill, free Wifi internet, and two babbling streams right on our property. Our home is child-friendly with a pack n' play (ie, portable crib), booster seat, safety gates, outlet plugs, and children's books, videos, puzzles and toys. In addition, it is also pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs and/or cats). Hike or snowshoe to Montgomery Reservoir, hike a 14er (multiple ones are located close by), ski and dine in Breckenridge! Other popular local activities include fishing on the South Platte River, biking, rock climbing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, four wheeling, horseback riding, wildflower viewing, gold panning, and more.

Linens and a washer and dryer are provided. Four-wheel drive is highly recommended in winter. Smoke-free.
