Thank you for your interest in my apartment. Exterior stairs access this second story studio apartment with windows all around. This is a cozy place with lots of character. Parking off the alley and a beautiful yard in the summer. It is a wonderful place to get away for a weekend or a week. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, kayaking and so much music! One comfy queen sized bed and a small sized futon couch that folds out for a kid bed. Dinning table seats 4. Kitchen has has no oven or stove but does have a toaster oven and electric kettle. There is a handy grill with a burner. The apartment is equipped with a couple of coffee making options and some tea varieties. There are many great restaurants in Lyons, Estes Park, Longmont and Boulder. The bathroom clean and bright with a antique bathtub with a handheld shower hose. The apartment is over my pottery studio. There is room to sit and enjoy the yard and garden, but you will want to explore Lyons' bars and restaurants, musical offerings and Colorado nature!
