Be the first to rent our place in Lyons Colorado, beginning May of 2017! We are renting the lower level of our house for summer visitors. It includes a bright, colorful fully equipped kitchen and living area with big windows for lots of natural light. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a smaller futon available for kids and all the couches are comfortable and can be pulled out as beds, two in the living room and one in the tv room. (can accomodate 6 extra people) All of our sheets are brightly colored cozy flannel or cotton from Garnet Hill! There's an upstairs bathroom with a beautiful mosaic shower and the bath off the master bedroom has a cast iron tub, as well as another shower. We are within walking distance to everything in Lyons and even close to the river for tubing! Our chickens will also happily provide eggs for your morning breakfast. The property manager lives right across the alley and happy to answer any questions or be there for emergencies. Lyons has great restaurants and is close to Rocky Mountain National Park, Bluegrass Festivals, mountain biking and hiking. Or just sit on the back deck and enjoy one of our local Oskar Blues beers or whisky from Spirit Hound Distillery just down the road!
