With plenty of adventures to be had year round, the Ranch House is a comfortable, family friendly retreat tucked in the breathtaking valley of Granby Ranch. Sleeps up to 14 people and is fully stocked with everything needed for a memorable stay!

The Ranch House in Granby Ranch is a well-appointed townhouse situated in the beautiful little valley of Granby Ranch. This 1,800 sq. ft. home sleeps up to 14 in its three bedrooms plus sleeping loft and boasts all the comforts that you'd expect in a luxury vacation rental (choice furnishings, hot tub, deck with a grill, fire pit, modern electronics, etc). With just a four minute walk to the chairlift at Granby Ranch ski and bike resort, The Ranch House is a perfect vacation destination anytime of year.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master bedroom 1, located on the main level, sleeps two in a king bed and features an attached bathroom and walk-in closet.

Master bedroom 2, located in the basement, sleeps 2 in a queen bed and also has an attached bathroom and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3, located in the basement, has two bunks with full mattresses on the bottom and twins on top. This room also has an attached bathroom and full laundry. It can sleep 4, or 6, if you put two people in each of the full beds. Designed to be the ideal kids' hangout spot, it has its own flatscreen TV with Chromecast and bean bag chairs.

The sleeping loft is located above the main level and sleeps 4 in a twin bunk and queen bed. It also features a built-in desk/work area and a large walk-in closet/play room.

Kitchen:

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay:

Full-size appliances (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher)

Countertop appliances (coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender)

Ample silverware, dishes, bakeware, cookware and kitchen gadgets

Living Areas:

The main level features ample living space for you to relax after an adventure filled day. Equipped with a large, flat screen TV featuring Roku, Chromecast and HD cable, there are plenty of options to keep you entertained.

Looking for a little fresh air? Step out onto the large deck and enjoy the view while firing up the propane grill or warm up the cool evening around the fire pit on the lower patio. The lower patio also features a large hot tub, that is yours to enjoy.

All living areas (indoor and outdoor) are equipped with wireless speakers, enabled by Chromecast, that allow you to stream Pandora, Spotify and much more!

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to everything that our townhouse has to offer! Ample storage for ski, bike and golf equipment is available in the closet off of the front porch. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas, patio, deck, hot tub and grill are available for your full use. The community clubhouse, located near the entrance to the ski resort, is available for guest use and features a fitness center, pool, spa and game room.

Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.
