Our home is perfect for those coming to the Summit with friends or family. We are within easy distance of 5 ski resorts: Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, Eldora, Winter Park, and Breckenridge. Each is between 30 minutes to 60 minutes away. When you want to get out, we are located just 1 mile off I-70 outside off Idaho Springs with its historic downtown, restaurants, and shopping. While the skiers head to the slopes, others can be in downtown Denver (30 miles) with all it has to offer. Our home sleeps up to 14 people. At 3,700 sq ft spread over 3 floors, it provides families and friends both privacy and plenty of communal gathering places. Amenities include a wood-burning stove, ping pong table and gaming table. Grocery shopping is just 5 minutes away so going out or getting food for a crowd is no problem.

When the ski season is over there is plenty to do. We are minutes away from white water rafting, world-class hiking, zip-lining, stocked fishing ponds, great mountain biking, and other outdoor fun.

Terms:

The property is not reserved until the owners have received BOTH a rental agreement and half the rental rate. Tenants will pay lodging tax, insurance, and cleaning fees. Half the total is due upon booking, and the other half 30 days prior to booking. Cancellations made more than 60 days out will be refunded 100% percent, 30-60 days will be refunded 50%, and less than 30 days will not be refunded. The cleaning fee is $250 for up to 8 people and $300 for more than 8. We do not accept cash or check. (If you choose to bring a pet, please note there is a fully refundable pet damage deposit required.)
