We are close to Old Town, great views, and parks. Boulder and the mountains are just 15 mins away and Louisville boasts a farmer's market, street fair, and movies in the park weekly. Great restaurants and coffee shops are right up the street.

You'll love our layout and great outdoor entertaining spaces, perfect for families with kids and big groups. We just recently added a 3rd AC wall unit, so the house is really comfortable even on the hottest days! This is our home that we currently live in (the house will be vacant during your stay however), there will be personal items in the house but we will be sure to leave you plenty of room! And all spaces will be free of clutter as shown in the pictures. Please no smoking, no pets, and no rowdy parties. We love our neighbors! If you have a baby, we've got you covered - crib/baby gates/bouncer/baby and kid toys. If you don't have kids, we've tucked most of that stuff away so you won't even notice! Bathrooms are dated, but everything else is great! This is the house that we live in when you are not here, but we will make sure spaces are decluttered and you have plenty of space in drawers and closets. The bedroom layout is helpful for individual families as well: Main level: kitchen/dining/living room/full bath/1 bedroom with 2 twins/1 bedroom with crib Upper level: Master bedroom with 1 queen/Master bathroom Downstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 queen and 1 double/family room/1/2 bath. And are you a coffee enthusiast? A coffeeshop-sized espresso machine will be waiting for you!
