We stayed here with my family and a few of my in-laws. This is a great vacation home for large families. The villa's location is great. It's close to downtown and if you're coming from LA it's close to the Palm Springs sign & visitors center. You don't need to travel far to get to all the important interest points in Palm Springs. Marvin, the property manager, was awesome when he welcomed us. He walked me through the house and showed me how everything works and gave me his personal number to reach him at any time. The property owner, Arnold, was also in touch throughout our stay and followed up with me afterwards to make sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. As great as the house pictures are, they still don't do the backyard justice. It's gigantic and very well-thought out. The nighttime lights, the spacing, the barbecue area, the putting green, the pool & lounge chairs.. it's all well-maintained and you really want to spend most of your time outside. The pool was great. Half of it was shallow which made it perfect for our little kids. The ability to turn on the lights in the pool was a huge bonus that allowed late-night swimming. The jacuzzi was at a perfect temperature and the men in our group spent a lot of time in it over our 3-night stay. The interior is awesome too. You can see it in the pictures (or the 3D walk-through that's available on Google I think) so here are some things that were great about the inside that aren't really shown. There was an inflatable bed at the home which came in very handy. There were also a lot of great sports accessories like basketballs, volleyballs, ping pong table + balls & paddles, and badminton rackets available in the garage which made it easy to take advantage of the sports courts in the amazing backyard. There was an awesome giant Jenga set that we sadly did not get time to use. I think there were many other games but we didn't make time to use them (ask the owner, he will probably know what's there better than I do) Overall, this was the best house I've ever rented for a vacation. I can't recommend it enough if you have a large family.
This was our 2nd stay at this property, and we shall be back again as soon as we can fit it in! Both the owner and property manager are so in tune with what is wanted from a vacation home, everything has been well thought out and nothing is ever too much trouble for the - your happiness during your stay is their priority! The outside area is fabulous, so relaxing and comfortable. It's an easy & quick journey to downtown too. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!
When I decided to book this home for our group of 10 I was a bit leary. The pictures, the reviews, the amenities all seemed too good to be true. Like grandma always said, if it seems too good to be true, well likely it is. First off working with Arnold to address any and all questions I had was amazing. He truly wanted us to have the best experience and ensure we were more than satisfied. When I walked in to the home and did the tour I did an internal high five many times and kept my best poker face to not jump up and down with excitement. When the rest of my party got there their reactions were priceless. EVERYTHING was incredible and just what the dr ordered. Now looking back I feel the pictures are the only part that Dinah injustice because this place is the real deal. We came with a sizable group, went to Costco, golfed, drank, shared stories and did as much as we can to stay awake the entirety of the stay. I’d personally like to be the agent that can answer any questions about this home, what’s around and what to expect because we did it all and loved every second of it. We were met by Marvin, who in itself is one of the coolest guys out there. The vibe from the minute we got there was “please relax, have fun, enjoy it all, you’re on vacation”. We did just that and this home and the memories we shared there will live on forever. My hope is that we can make this an annual retreat to get away from all the chaos and stress that gets in the way with life. I’ll be talking to the home owner about a membership to cut down on the costs and return every year. The owner out a lot of time, energy, and without a doubt money into building this little slice of heaven and it was perfect. Only suggestion to would be folks looking to stay in bigger groups —-bring some zip locks and cheap Tupperware. Nobody want to make trip tips and mashed potoatos and end up with 5 lbs of each wrapped in a solo cup. Other than our little mental lapse, this house is THE house for you. I truly mean it. If I can answer any questions or if someone is looking for a real answer to what it’s like there, I give full permission to pass along my info. This house will not disappoint your group unless you have friends/family that aren’t capable of enjoying luxury and fun at its finest. I’d recommend putting them on the B list when thinking about going there. For the price, the ammenities, the immediate response from the owner, the location to EVERYTHING, the bang for your buck, stop looking.
