The upper level of the house is where the luxury master suite is the one that offers one more wood fireplace. A 46 inch flat screen TV above mantel mantel. The master bathroom has a garden tub and a walk-in shower with seperate dressing area and double vanity sinks with granite counters. Then there is a loft that is the perfect place for peace and quiet to get the job done or enjoy a book.

Then enjoy our nostalgic lower level GAMES ROOM complete with a full bar, pool table, poker table and chips, dart board and new pacman cocktail table and golf video game. We have a table for those who love puzzles and card games. Something for everyone! This level also has a bedroom with lake view and full bath. And just in case you're having a lot of fun and feel guilty, there's a training room. The lower level then opens onto a new deck, all new patio furniture for relaxing, hanging out, watching the lake or reading that favorite book,. Bring your own boat or jet skis, there is the boat launch nearby. We have DEEP WATER the year so no worries about a dry cove. Or you can rent a boat per day or per week; Lake Norman Marine & others specialize in pontoon or jet ski rentals. Local rental companies will deliver to our dock. Perfect for anyone who wants to wake up and hop on their boat for a day of fun on Lake Norman. The dock area also has the perfect little pond displayed in gazebo where you can play and enjoy your favorite 'drink'. If you do not want to boat, you can always fish, swim or float in this cozy and safe cove, or even rent a kayak. We are told the fishing is fantastic right off the dock! We also have pedal boats, 2 kayaks and a paddleboard for your enjoyment.

We provide premium / luxury bedding, duvets with duvets on top of brand new Foster Stearns Mattresses, towels for 8/10 people. Their comfortable beds are made up and waiting for you to arrive and enjoy. We provide your initial startup of papergoods, toilet paper, soaps and papertowels. Also, if you do not have the time or want to deal with grocery shopping, send me a prepared list of what you would like to have stocked and I'll have you there waiting for you for an extra fee.
