The space

Newly renovated inside, very chic, very quiet, very serene views. It is a 3 story building without a lift from a private ground floor door on the side of our Victorian. We have great wi-fi and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Both baths are restored as well, and private to each bedroom.

Guest access

The apartment is yours, with a full kitchen, a back deck, and a washer / dryer.

Interaction with guests

We travel a lot and have busy schedules, but are happy to give us any advice we can.

The neighbourhood

This stretch of Broadway is dubbed the "Gold Coast" since it has always been a wealthy neighborhood with spectacular views of the bay - this street is truly Pacific Heights. It's a very quiet area with great access to Fillmore Street restaurants, and the busy Union / Chestnut corridors are down the hill a few blocks away. An easy walk down, and a hike back!

Locomotion

We are right on the Muni bus line, and of course, Uber or taxis are very easy here.

Other things to note

Parking on the street is generally ample, but there is a time limit of 2 hours between nine hours - six hours; You will have to move your car 11-4. Night parking is easy and safe in our neighborhood. It's quite bumpy!
