Located just 3.4 miles from Estes Park City Limits, this luxurious mountain home was built in 2005 and remodeled in 2011. With just over 5,000 square feet of living space this home has been completely refurnished and redecorated.
Savor the privacy, stunning Rocky Mountain views, and convenience to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park at our newer passive-solar mountain home. Kick back with a steaming cup of coffee and enjoy exceptional views through a wall of windows in the great room, lounging on the spacious decks or from the hot tub.
Our house is perfect for romantic retreats, working vacations, family gatherings, weddings, anniversaries, and personal or holiday celebrations, with plenty of open spaces for entertaining. A venue fee may apply based on number of guests. Our home has high end furnishings and kitchen, beds, and baths are fully stocked. Wireless Internet and Unlimited long distance are included.
Master Bedroom King Suite on main floor includes jetted tub, walk in closet and access to hot tub deck. Main floor King Bedroom with bath across hall and upper level King Bedroom Suite are two additional private accommodations. Three Queen Bedrooms each with additional beds are located on the lower level. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV. Additional beds (including upgraded sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses) are located in the loft and lower level family room. Lower level has family room/game room with partial kitchen (sink, fridge, wine fridge), games, etc. Laundry is available on main and lower level.
This is a NON SMOKING, PET FREE property.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! Our entire company had an absolute blast. We especially loved using the giant dining area and we were able to seat everyone comfortably. Waking up to the view outside the large Great Room windows was breathtaking. It was a wonderful time and we look forward to many successful company retreats to come!

This home is set in such a beautiful part of Estes Park, and the home itself is lovely. I will for sure book again... we are hoping for next year, Spring time.

This is by far the most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. We held my sons wedding in front of those grand windows this past weekend and the setting could not have been more perfect! Working with the owners was a breeze, the were able to answer all of my questions quickly and were so very helpful with every detail of my stay. The beds are comfortable, the linens are high quality and all of the rooms are thoughtfully set up. The "family" bedrooms downstairs were a feature that made so much sense! The rooms easily accommodated the parents bed and a set of bunk beds. What a blessing and a great use of space. The kitchen has everything you will need and the pantry is well stocked with serving pieces and even a punch bowl! There are plenty of cups, plates, cutlery and everything is marked for ease. The light switches are labeled (THANK YOU) and the welcome book has all of the information you need for everything in the home. The ice maker in the bar area was so nice to have! I would not hesitate for one minute to come back to Narrow Trail!

I coordinated a winter family reunion for my wife and I this January. We came across this house and thought it'd be the perfect place for us all to relax and enjoy the mountains. And WOW was it fantastic! This house is one of the most beautiful homes we had ever seen. Incredible mountain views from the living room and carefully designed interior. Our family ranged from age 1-65 years old and there was space for everyone to be comfortable and cozy! Everyone in the family was blown away by the house and mountain views. Another bonus is that the home is stocked with all of the little essentials you would need: towels, blankets, coffee makers, labeled remote controls. Julie and Dean have done a fantastic job preparing this house and truly care about creating a positive experience for their guests. I would highly recommend this rental to any family looking to enjoy a wonderful time in the mountains. Thanks, Julie and Dean!!
