Picture yourself waking up in the king-sized bed in the master suite and looking out the sliding glass door, which accesses the balcony, to the sunrise over the ocean. Walk across the new ceramic tile to your private bathroom.
Move to the large updated kitchen, with new hickory cabinets, large pantry and new appliances, that is well organized and supplied and has many counter top appliances to make your morning coffee, smoothie, or waffles. Wake your children from the twin beds or the full sized bottom bunk bed in the third bedroom to join you for breakfast on the huge balcony that overlooks the pool and gazebo as you plan your day.
Bring friends and grandparents along on your vacation since there's a king sized bed in the second bedroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the den. You'll all enjoy this very clean beachfront condo with new ceramic tile floors.
After a day at the beach, the many area amusements, or Putt Putt golf or Adventure Island which are across the street, gather in the large den on the chaise sofa, love seat, or rocker recliner to enjoy the 40" flatscreen TV and Blu Ray DVD player. Flat screen TVs are available in all the bedrooms and Blu Ray players are in 2 of the bedrooms. The twin room has a flatscreen with a built in DVD player. Escape to stretch out on the chaise lounge in the master bedroom with a good book if you prefer.
Pack fewer clothes to play in since there's a full sized washer/dryer in the unit. Invite friends you make on the beach for dinner since the pub style dining table seats eight, plus there are 3 bar stools at the long breakfast bar, bringing seating easily up to eleven for meals. Take time to step from the den back onto the balcony to appreciate the gorgeous views of spectacular sunsets over the Gulf. Indulge yourselves at any of the many nearby restaurants, including Wintzell's right across the street.
Run up the road to Wal-Mart for anything you forgot and find, even closer by, a post office, pharmacy, and grocery store. Then park in one of the many available parking spaces as you return.
Remember this is a no-smoking, no pet, but extremely kid and family friendly unit in a small building with only 35 units and a very private beach. Come soon for a great vacation getaway!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the condo couldn't have been better, very close to restaurants, stores and entertainment for the kids. It was the first time we had experienced night crabbing, and wouldn't have known about it if it hadn't been for the owner telling us and then going above that and leaving headlamps and buckets for the kids. Super thoughtful!! If I had to mention a negative, and it's a small one, the equipment to clean the condo was sub-par. Vacuum didn't have a canister to collect the sand/dirt. Fortunately there was a broom and dustpan, but was a little bit harder to clean the floors.

The location is awesome and the condo is very comfortable! We spent my 40th birthday here with family and had a great time!
