Private use of bathroom, private use of the kitchen and living room area. Price includes 5 rooms in total. Kitchen has microwave oven, cooking range and oven, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and dish soap. Access to laundry (washer and dryer) for guests staying more than 5 days. Hair dryer, iron and iron table, small table for laptop. Towels, shampoo, soap, body lotion, cotton pads and sticks, toilet paper and paper towels provided. There is also cordless vacuum cleaner.

The neighborhood

This is a fantastic neighborhood, 15 minutes from downtown Toronto via taxi, close to Smart Centre and Golden Mile Shopping Centre, Cineplex, minutes to DVP and 401 (main Highways), minutes to Ontario Science Centre and Aga Khan Cultural Musem, close to parks like Charles Suriol Conservation Area, Edward Gardens, Bluffer's Beach and Marina and much more.

Getting around

Property located minutes to 24 hours TTC Toronto Transit Commission). Bus takes about 30 minutes to subway.

Other things to note

Laundry can be used only by guests staying at least 5 days, between 7 pm and 7 am, and with the laundry soap provided. We do not use scented product or drying sheets.

Guest must use the bathroom fan when taking a shower; the switch is located near the fan, on the ceiling.

Guest please refrain from using scented candles or perfumes during their stay, or cooking fried onions.

Please no loud music, or loud activities.
