The living room has plenty of seating, overhead fan, and flat screen TV.

The well-lit kitchen has been renovated with new cabinetry, new countertops and appliances. The updating of the kitchen included a Full size front load washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has King size bed and has flat screen TV on the wall. This room also opens onto the lanai, for morning coffee while watching the resident dolphins playing in the surf. The master bath has tub/shower and has been updated.

The guest room is set up with (2) twin beds, PLUS A THIRD TWIN bed for additional guests.
Pack n play is available for infants/toddlers, as well as booster high chair. Umbrella stroller is also available upon request.
The guest bath has also been updated and has a walk in shower .
The kids will enjoy the flat screen TV with included DVD feature.

Secure internet provided in the apartment, and unsecured internet available at poolside and at and recreation room.

The pool is ocean side! Grill located at south end of bldg. This convenient location is near the elevator, pool, patio, and beach.
Security guards on premises during spring break weeks.
