Five minutes to Million Dollar Beach, ten minutes to Six Flags, Splashwater Kingdom and outlet shops, 25 minutes to Saratoga. All units have BBQ grills and fully equipped kitchens; kids love love love our sleeping lofts (best for ages 4-12). We are family friendly, a quiet pine-shaded oasis moments away from the hubbub.

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations are subject to a $50-$100 administrative fee.
--- Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are fully refundable (less fee).
--- Cancellations made 10-30 days before arrival, we will retain the deposit UNLESS we are able to rebook the dates.
--- For cancellations less than 10 days before arrival, guest is responsible for the remaining balance. If we are able to rebook your dates on short notice, we will provide a partial refund.
