Just off the living room, a bedroom offers more natural light, two closets and a full bed for a restful night’s sleep. The new addition is our en-suite bathroom for this bedroom includes a walk-in shower, sliding door to the kitchen and door to the backyard.

You’ll love to whip up meals and snacks in the renovated kitchen with white granite countertops and full-size appliances. A window overlooks the resort-style backyard so you can keep an eye on the action outside. Four people can sit down to a meal at the dining table.

Down the hall, you’ll find the 2nd bathroom, lovingly redone while incorporating the retro blue and black tile. It offers a tub/shower combo and additional storage. Next door is the 3rd bedroom, with cozy twin day bed set in the alcove, a desk area and double doors to the backyard.

From the dining area, push open the set of double French doors and head out to the patio and pool area. Cool off in the saltwater pool, devour the latest bestseller on a sun lounger under the pergola, or sip on a glass of wine on the outdoor couches. In the winter months, open up all the back doors and let the pleasant Florida breezes blow in.
