Driving down a quiet, tree-lined street, you’ll pull up to the rental’s building and make your way to the front porch. Enter through the colorful mint green door into the foyer and head up the stairs to the main living area. Handsome laminate floors flow throughout the living areas and into the kitchen. The first of two living rooms seats 6 with a sectional couch and two accent chairs and offers a 55” flat-screen TV w/Sonos sound bar, perfect for movie nights. A second living area has its own kitchenette with full-size fridge, 4-person dining table and couch, so everyone can have their own space. If work calls, a small office off the main living room offers a desk with printer and landline phone. It’s attached to the master bedroom, where several large windows let in tons of natural light. It has a queen bed, large closet and oversized armchair, a great place to devour a good book. Behind the living room, guests can access the 2nd bathroom offering a deep jetted tub, pedestal sink and toilet. Toward the back of the flat, the dining area has a table that seats 4 for meals or card games. Cooking is a pleasure in the light, white and bright kitchen, where you can easily whip up meals on the full-size appliances (including a 4-burner electric stove, microwave and fridge). Stay caught up on laundry thanks to the washer and dryer in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. Across from there, the 1st bathroom has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo. In the 2nd bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed, ceiling fan and huge walk-in closet that connects to the 3rd bedroom. You can also get to the 3rd bedroom from the second living room. The 3rd and final bathroom comes with stand-up shower, pedestal sink and plenty of extra storage

Browse art galleries like the Chihuly Collection (15 minutes on foot), catch a movie at Muvico Sundial Theaters (4 minutes) and sip on the local brews at Cycle Brewery (4 minutes). Wander around Historic Round Lake Park, a 7-minute walk away or check out Mirror Lake (15 minutes on foot) and Williams Park next to downtown. With the interstate less than a mile away, you’re just a short ride to Tampa and the beaches. Treasure Island Beach is around 15 minutes away, offering 3 miles of sandy shores ideal for swimming, sunbathing, parasailing and people-watching.
