Borealis Charm B is located in one of our most south Anchorage locations and within walking distance to our famous Eddies Sports Bar, where you and your travel companions/family members can enjoy live music and dancing, pool, shuffle board, darts, other games and concerts, this unit is convenient for social couples and groups! With a covered parking area (carport), driveway parking, wood burning fireplace, 3 bedrooms 1.5 Bathrooms, your own laundry room, fully stocked kitchen and a large fenced in yard, you can bring the family and make yourself at home! Grill up some juicy Alaskan salmon on our grill, cozy up to our wood burning fire place and watch your favorite show on our 55" Smart TV. I usually communicate VIA Text/Phone/through the app and usually do not see my clients in person as it is a vacation rental property and most of my guests prefer the private "home" feeling and privacy. The property owners and cleaner will drop by from time to time to check on the unoccupied units.

Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee for additional cleaning after move out. Typically $10 per night or $50 per week, $125 per month.

Stays over 30 nights do not require hotel tax but do require larger cleaning fees.

Please give me feedback during or after your stay, we just opened this unit in fall 2016 and want to make our guests happy. Any suggestions are welcomed and I will be happy to do what I can to be a 5 Star Host!
