A 5 minute walk to 2 public beaches on the warm white sands of Nantucket Sound and a 5 minute drive to the spectacular mile long West Dennis Beach. This cottage is located in the middle of Cape Cod with Hyannis, Falmouth and Wood's Hole for day trips to the west and Chatham, Nauset Beach and Provincetown for day trips to the east. A 5 minute drive also to the fast ferry to Nantucket and the whale watch tours out of Provincetown are spectacular.
The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms with a modern bathroom and kitchen, air conditioning, gas heat and a working fireplace for the cool Spring or Fall days. The cottage shares an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and gas grill with the adjoining motel.
A variety of restaurants, shops and galleries are a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away, with tennis courts, go-karts and bumper boats right down the road.
