Main floor: master bedroom with queen bed; second bedroom with full bed; full bathroom; large kitchen / dining room with brand new gas range and sliding door to large porch with gas grill; large living room with board games and TV with Roku for watching streaming channels (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). New finished basement: bedroom with full bed; den with queen size sleeper sofa; full bathroom; free laundry in utility room. Large back yard with horseshoe pits, corn hole and plenty of space to play.

There are ceiling fans and A/C in the main floor bedrooms and living room. There is also an outdoor shower. The kitchen has basic cooking supplies.

Linens and bath towels are included in the rental fees. Our family lives in the house next door and is available to assist if you need something during your visit.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, reservations are limited to 7 night stays beginning Saturday at 4PM through the following Saturday at 10AM.
