The house has a full kitchen and two HUGE decks in addition to a lower level patio. The house is completely unobstructed by tree cover, and with plenty of outdoor and deck space, you don't have to leave the property to enjoy the sun!

We're just steps away from Nauset Harbor for easy access to spend time at the beach, clamming, and boating. We're also just a five minutes drive to Orleans Center to the Stop&Shop;, Shaws, Restaurants, True Value Hardware, and more. Nickerson Park is about a five minute drive.

The Cape Cod rail trail (perfect for running, walking, and cycling) is ~2 miles away as is Skaket Beach (Children's Beach)

We also offer FREE use of our kayaks and paddles, as well as 2 bikes.

For those with boats, we're on the same street as the Orleans town boat landing. Our house is located on the corner of Mill Pond Road and Harbor Road.

All rates include use of our bath towels and bed linens (but not beach towels). We do ask that guests at least begin the laundry process if they choose to use our linens and towels.
