This cottage is located in an exclusive area in East Orleans, bordering on Nauset Beach. There are multiple beach access points, offering calm water for kayaking as well as ocean surf! A 3-5 minute walk to Priscilla Landing and an 8-10 minute walk to a private access point on the bluff of Nauset Heights! The cottage is a comfortable 4 BR with 2 full baths and an outdoor shower. The house has a wonderful, serene water view of an inlet. Great for sunsets!
Each bedroom has a window air conditioner. There is a loft with 2 twin beds above the living room (no a/c up there), a queen bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms downstairs, one with one double and another with 2 double beds. Great deck for sunbathing, sunsets and stargazing!
