When you are here you will be within walking distance to Brewster Beach Linnell Landing and just a short distance to Cobies, Nickerson State Park and the Cape Rep Theatre. All you need to have a good time ! Just bring your linens and your ready to enjoy the cape experience. There is an indoor and outdoor shower so you can take a morning shower outdoors or just shower off after all the fun you will have at the beach. Then light the charcoal grill and sit on the porch and enjoy yourself. The cottage has two bedrooms one with a full size bed and the other with twin beds. There is a pull out couch that sleeps two as well.
