Our value season pricing is $1395/week plus $150 cleaning fee and 10% taxes for a grand total of $1700. We have now opened up 2017 season dates at $2450/week plus $150 cleaning fee and 10% taxes for a grand total of $2860 for up to 4 adults and 4 children.

Why Waterfront Marco - most people choose it for the pool and boatlifts. The pool is ideal for people of all ages with it's different depths. The shelf is ideal for a kiddie pool or for staying cool while sleeping or reading in the water. There is a variety of seating in the water including jets for the spa feeling.

If you love the beach or fishing, the best opportunities are by boat. Imagine your own private white sandy beach after a 10 minute boat ride. But you can also fish off the dock and ride a bike to the beach.

Our total capacity is 8 people, intended primarily for families. If you have more than 4 adults, the additional $15 per person/per night fee applies for individuals over age 25. Children (of parents staying) under age 25 do not get charged the per person rate. Please let me know in advance so your quote can be reduced. No more than 8 individuals under any circumstances or age. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: Can we use the boat and lifts?

A: The lifts are for your use. We currently do not own a boat but are looking. You can rent a boat from the local marinas or bring your own. The weight capacity for the lifts are 14,500 and 4,500 pounds. Any trailer will need to be stored off the property, such as a local marina.

Q: Can we check-in or check-out on a day other than a Saturday?

A: During Feb, Mar, Jun, Jul & Aug, we have Saturday check-in and check-out only.

During Apr, May, Sep, Oct, Nov & Dec it is a case by case bases. Please ask for exceptions to the simple stated policies.

Q: Is the pool heated?

A: Pool heat is optional and recommended in Nov. thru Mar. The cost is $100 for a week at 83° or $150 per week at 88°.

Q: Do you offer discounts or specials?

A: Yes, occasionally however we do not negotiate them. Discounts and specials are sent to past guest and individuals on our mailing list. After they are given a chance, we will post any discounts. We offer discounts for 4 - 12 week rentals which are posted as a monthly rate. We do not charge for children (basically a $15/night discount) even though they count in the total number for occupancy.

Q: What is the exact address? Can I drive by?

A: For the privacy and security of our guests and neighbors, we only give the exact address after a paid booking. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac and the view of the water from the pool is South Easterly.
