Upon arrival you are welcomed by an inviting spacious covered front porch that spans the entire length of the home and is furnished with rocking chairs and a wicker set all perfect for morning coffee, reading a book, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful water view and summer sunsets.

Comfortable and beautifully decorated, this 3br/2ba family vacation home offers a large living space that includes a dining room, kitchen with a large bar, and an area with a game table perfect for card playing, board games or another dining option. The open family room has two queen size sleeper sofa’s, one non-sleeper sofa and a cozy gas fireplace.

Our home sleeps up to 10 (or 12 with blow up mattress), the master bedroom has a king size bed, glass doors to the large back deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and a beautiful en suite bath with double sinks, huge walk in shower and a separate jetted tub. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and has glass doors to an uncovered portion of the large back deck, perfect for sunning. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and space for our queen size blow up mattress (if needed). All bedrooms have tv’s and cable.

There are unexpected bonuses that set this vacation home apart from others:

*A golf cart is included for leisure trips around the island roads.

*An enormous ground level covered area that features two dining tables, gas grill, large swing for a nap in the shade, and an outdoor shower for washing off the sand after a fun day at the beach. This area is also functional for entertaining large groups with abundant lighting for evening gatherings.

*The ping pong table in the garage can easily be pulled out onto the covered area for hours of fun outside of the sun.

*We provide several beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys so you don't have to pack those.
