We are located on the Cape Haze peninsula, between Port Charlotte and Boca Grande. This vacation home is situated on 120 feet of beautiful waterfront , which has direct access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico.

It is located in South Gulf Cove, a peaceful, quiet, friendly, upscale neighborhood with over 55 miles of waterways offering great fishing and boating.

Many different varieties of birds (including eagles) and other wildlife can be spotted here.

Great restaurants are within a 15-minute drive. Numerous golf courses are available in the area. Beautiful Englewood Beach (Manasota Key) and Boca Grande beaches are also a short drive.

For the fishing enthusiast, charters are available nearby. A Publix grocery store, take out and fast food restaurants are conveniently located, 4 miles away. Lots of great shopping is also a 15 minute drive, along with movie theaters.

Tampa Bay Rays stadium is a 10-minute drive for those who love spring training baseball. For the more adventurous, Walt Disney World Orlando and Universal Studios is a 2 1/2 hour drive, and Busch Gardens Tampa, 1 hour 50 minutes.

This vacation house is a brand new custom waterfront home with a large 2100 sq ft under air open floor plan.

There is a 30 foot dock for those who love to fish, relax, or even bring a boat to launch from our neighborhood public boat ramp to tie off on the dock.

Underwater fish lights offer opportunities for night fishing or just watching.

The back of the house is all glass sliding doors that can completely open up to the beautiful large screened lanai with wet bar, mini fridge, outdoor flat screen TV, and heated pool and spa.

There are gorgeous water views from most rooms in the house. The house is west facing in the back for some of the most exquisite sunsets!

It is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings to make your experience as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. Home is air conditioned and is equipped with ceiling fans throughout, inside and out.

Den offers full size sleeper couch , wall mounted flat screen TV.

Laundry room has washer and dryer, sink and folding area.

Master bedroom (1) has tray ceilings and is furnished with king size bed, 50" wall mounted flat screen TV, dresser, nightstands, 2 walk-in closets.

Luxurious master bath has his and hers vanities, Roman shower, and separate toilet.

Guest room (2) has queen size bed, 50" wall mounted flat screen TV, dresser and nightstands, ample closet.

Guest room (3) has 2 twin beds, 50" wall mounted flat screen TV, dresser, nightstand, ample closet.

Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with shower, and this bathroom is accessible from the pool as well.

Outdoors:

Large lanai with heated pool and spa. Heater is electric.

Wet bar with sink, mini fridge, flat screen TV. Gas grill for outdoor cooking pleasure.

Outdoor dining table for 6, lounge chairs. Soooo relaxing!

Child pool fence available for those with small children. Fishing poles and equipment are also available.

We are the owners and are local to assist you with any needs you should have. Check in time is 3pm and checkout time is 10am. Smoking is allowed outside only, and no pets, as others may be allergic.
