Near Waterset. This home has a wide open floor plan which is ideal for socializing. It is equipped with 3 televisions (including poolside), high speed internet, grill, heated pool (the pool has a black diamond finish and is always very clean) and hot tub and all the comforts of a home. There are some beach chairs and cooler for your use and a few Wal-Mart quality fishing poles. The home is on a preserve lot on a cul-de-sac street and is quiet. The home is about 4 miles from the Apollo fishing beach and about 6 miles to EG Simmons county park beach. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all large and small appliances, pots, pans, dishware and utensils. We have a covered patio for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets, a good book or taking care of business on your laptop poolside. The home has a queen bed in the master along with a queen sleeper sofa in the sitting area of the master, the second guest bedroom has a queen and the 3rd guest bedroom has 2 twins (which can also be put together with a king topper and made into 1 king bed.) We also have a portable bed if necessary. If you have a baby, we have a pac-n-play, stroller, small bounce seat, and portable highchair for your use.
