This spacious, three bedroom, two bath, luxury condominium is located on the Gulfside and overlooks the Intercoastal from our private balcony. This fabulous vacation condo is well maintained, very spacious and fully air-conditioned. Equipped & furnished to a high standard, you will not be disappointed from the moment you walk in the front door!
Accommodations include three bedrooms, two full baths, heated pool, grilling area, elevator, large balcony, wifi, full kitchen, washer and dryer and much more.
Our private beach and pool area offer breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf. This fully furnished and newly remodeled condo offers all the comforts of home with a spacious king-size bed in the master bedroom, walk-in closet and full bath. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 full-size bed and the third bedroom has a full bed. Sleeping 8 guests total. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have views of the Intercoastal Waterway.
The kitchen is fully-equipped, the dining room and living area offer a comfortable way to relax during your vacation.
The heated pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy a light meal for lunch or dinner.

WOW!!! this is our second trip to the area this year. This is the best condo on this beach. our 6th year at 6 different condos in June and we found our new favorite. The price was great!!! were are reserving our june 2018 week now. Let me start off with the parking is just under the unit. It has its own elevator that goes to this sitting area in front of your door. secure private. It was amazing having an elevator that you don't have to wait for. especially with someone in a wheelchair or walker. The condo is set up like home. The couches are so relaxing big tv. The balcony was great nice chairs to relax and have a drink and watch the boats scoot by. the pool was great with plenty of lounge chairs. Its a small complex so the pool was never crowed and plenty of seating every time we hit the pool. The pool was great but the beach was amazing. The water was clean and warm none us ever wanted to get out. The unit has beach chairs beach canopy to get out of the sun, and plenty of other beach gear for the family. Plenty of bars to walk to and a great choice in food within walking distance. The supermarket is close. The kitchen was fully stocked. it was nice setting up the crock pot for everyone to pick at as they come and go. Great having 3 bedrooms and a sleeper couch. Plenty of room for the entire family! the beds were very comfortable and unit is well decorated.

I loved our stay. The condo was so clean, and decorated very nice! Great location, and the best part was it felt like we had our own private beach. I will definitely go again, next time I will request a condo on the gulf side, so we can enjoy the sunsets from our balcony.
