House is spacious and warm 3 bath rooms and large bedrooms with new bedding. Fully furnished new bedding and towels. Air-conditioning throughout the house . Very clean and absolutely no clutter because our home was previously rented long term. Nice furniture cozy leather seats in living room which has lot's of windows sliding doors leading to a large flagstone terrace and great views of the private large yard. About 2.3 acres of lawn and sitting on top of the hill. Beautiful gardens with flowers in spring and summer. A great place to stay for a family or group. You can bring a pet but we like to know what kind it is in advance.
