Bedrooms are spread across the house so there is ample privacy, even for a large group, and, with three and a half bathrooms, no waiting. We have three different outdoor spaces, including a spacious deck with beautiful Winnipesaukee views, a screen porch, and a brick patio, for quiet evening chats. The upstairs family room has a large fireplace that will keep you cozy on cool fall evenings or snowy winter evenings. A large dining room table will accommodate 10+ ( and also has a fireplace), and the kitchen, or outdoor grill, will make cooking a breeze. A large downstairs family room can be used for games and TV/movie viewing, and can also be set up with available tables for quilting, scrapbooking, etc. A large laundry area makes keeping up with your vacation (almost) a pleasure. Quilt groups will find additional irons, ironing boards, and table space to spread out and create. Your weekly rental includes one beach sticker for the Gilford Town Beach, and additional stickers can be arranged for $25 per car.
