All the rooms open to decks overlooking the water. Along with the three bedrooms, there's a kitchen, living room, dining room and family room. The master bedroom, master bathroom and powder room are on the main floor. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs so guests or children have more privacy.
This is a gated community with it's own tennis courts, basketball courts and beach. If you have young children and are staying for a longer time, there's a day camp.
