Lower level family room with sliders leading out to a bluestone screened in patio. Large deck off the main floor, and a private dock with a slide that goes into the lake. There are multiple Marinas on the lake to rent boats from and the house will also come with 2 Kayaks
The property has a huge flat back yard, its own sandy beach and great wooded area in the front yard for exploring. The house is situated in the private Sail Harbour Estates neighborhood, which offers a club house, community beach, playground and tennis. The club house is two houses away from our home and easy to walk to.
This House is great for families. The basement is equipped with its own kitchen and 2 of the 6 Bedrooms. Easy to share it with another family. The basement also has ping pong, TV with an Xbox, lots of board games, Corn hole etc.
If you would like to rent bikes for your stay, we can have them there for $13 a day
You can bring your own linens or rent ours for $150 per stay - This includes sheets and bath towels. The beds will come with blankets.
If you would like to add a cleaning service or a chef to the rental we can discuss frequency and cost.
